On March 29, 2023, WMCO sponsored the event “Applying Lean in the Office – Using Value Stream Mapping” led by Sheri Phillips of Lean Advisors, at the EDC facility in Kitchener, Ontario. Nine people from five different WMCO member companies were present and gained valuable insight into the ways Lean Principles can be applied to office settings. The Province of Ontario’s restrictions are being lifted, and the long awaited in-person events are coming back. This time, the WMCO delivered it’s Lean Road Map Training with Quantum Lean Managing Partner, Brad Cairns on March 3rd, 2022 at Earthscape Play in Wallenstein ON.
